84 Days! 84 Days! 84 Days! Wow, just 84 days left until I am out of time! There seems like there is always tons to do these days with so little time to do them. I must admit that sometimes this makes me feel a little stressed out. Stress can be a serious distraction for a blogger. I can’t write very well under stress, and when I don’t get to make new post, that stresses me out a bit. To avoid spiraling out of control into the abyss of self-defeat, I often have to break through it all and focus on my blog quest to make a six figure income by blogging for dollars.
When I am at my best, I can get tons of stuff done as if I am 12 people inside of just one body. When I am sick, rundown, or just not feeling well, I can’t even beat the slowest snail in a race. Lately, I’ve been spending too much time in front of the computer and not seeing the light of day.
On my day job I program all day, then I come home, start blogging and fix bugs on my blogs. I am probably logging about 17 hours on the computer each day. I am going to have to scale back the number of hours as it is not healthy. Also, I have been spending less time with my wife and boys. Balance is very important to success and without it, success is not worth it.
So, am I giving up on my blog quest? No! Just trying to find a better balance so that I can achieve my quest and still have my family and good health. I will have to resolve this fast as there is simply not anytime to waste. Okay, now onto today’s numbers.
Traffic is starting to pick up lately. I am enjoying the emails and comments I am receiving from visitors to theBlogQuest.com. It definitely helps me stay encouraged.
The number of RSS subscribers are at 11-12. The Alexa ranking has dropped in half to about 4.2M.
I am very confident that we will get below 1M very shortly. I have now installed a real newsletter service instead of using FeedBurner. I feel the payoff will be huge in the near future. I also added a content slider on the front page and fixed numerous bugs over the weekend.

Then Jason woke up with a new resolve and sense of purpose…I am doing this for my family. And they need me, I know they miss me.I need to stay focused, use the Power of the Blog and find INCOME online and get back to my family. Jason headed off again, knowing what he needed to do, as the clock was ticking…
In just 84 days, NOWORK would have arrived.
