1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In another mixing bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well until there are no more lumps in the batter.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle or frying pan.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip it over and cook until both sides are golden brown.
